I believe that traveling to as many countries is one of the biggest dream of the majority of the human population. We craved to enjoy the environment of the foreign lands and this could be a wonderful experience for most of us. For all beloved travelers, I have compounded a list of the 8 countries that are worth visiting.
1.Switzerland
Switzerland is certainly my favorite country. Being located in the central Europe, it is considered one of the most beautiful countries in the world with a considerable number of beautiful landscapes(i.e. Matterhorn and Verzasca valley)and they are lauded for maintaining their political stability.Therefore, safety will not be an issue for me.
Remembering the days when I had booked a room in the Hotel Villa Honegg(at 6373 Ennetbürgen) in 2010, it costs me around $1200 for a night which is very expensive.But it is worth the trip, as I get to soak in the pool and enjoy the great moments of catching a lovely sunset.
However, if you are pursuing a budget trip, you may choose places like Hong Kong and Thailand) as Switzerland is no doubt the most expensive country to visit according to Travel and tourism competitiveness report, 2015.
2. Canada
Canada is the second largest country in the world with plenty of natural resources available.
The country is hailed to be one of the top countries for hiking especially in the Banff National Park and skiing.
Recently, Canada is also ranked to be the top 5 countries with the least amount of pollutants with a ranking of being the second cleanest air in the world.
Besides, Canadians are also known to be hilarious and approachable, which would make one feel welcome in the country.3.Finland
Apart from the most spectacular Northern lightings in Finland, the country has also offered a lot of outdoor opportunities. There are currently 187, 888 lakes in its borders.
Similar to Canada, it has also one of the top cleanest air quality.
According to WEF, Finland (rating: 6.7-highest score) is recently placed the first in terms of being the safest country in the world as in 2016.
One shouldn’t be intimidated by the local language, a language that most foreigners are unfamiliar with. It is rather easy to converse in English as it is their main official business language.
Helsinki would be one of the highly recommended places if you decided to visit Finland.
4.Japan
Besides, most of the large cities in Japan are surprisingly clean.Services are also great where they value politeness towards their customers.
Food otherwise is also good, especially Sushi, ramen, oyakodon, okonomiyaki, mochi, udon.
For those who are looking out for a hot spring spa, you can consider Aomori( a state where it tops apple production). They have freshly picked apples soaked onto the waters and there have been health benefits to it, such as boosting circulation and serves as the best remedy for body massage.
5.Germany
One would for sure be awestruck by its beauty when he glances at the landscape of a building, castles and the lush greenery in the country.Yes, indeed, the country is as impressive as you think.
For those who would like to get in touch with the nature, you should visit the Black Forest.It is situated in the southwestern corner of Germany.It is certainly the best spot for hikers to engage on their own activities. If you are interested to visit the place, it is recommended for those who are not familiar with the area to book a tour.
Next, the best thing to visit the country would be Neuschwanstein(The Ultimate Fairytale Castle)that is situated near Füssen, Southwest Bavaria. You would find yourself living as if you are the kings and queens. You get to have a picturesque of the beautiful landscape at the ground level. Just nearby the area, there is a popular alpine resort and winter sports center for one to enjoy themselves.
*Munich can be costly, but there are other options like Cologne where you will find the Rhine River and Cologne Cathedral; Berlin where you will find Brandenburg Gate and Frankfurt where you will find Goethe House).
Hopefully, I can visit this country once I have earned enough money to visit these wonderful places.
6.Thailand
Stepping into Thailand is akin to stepping into a food paradise.You can find
–Tom Yum Goong– It is one of my favorite food as I ordered this during an afternoon.Off course, its neighboring country like Cambodia, Malaysia and even Singapore is adding this as part of the menu. But what sets it different would be the authenticity. The Tom Yum soup(2 versions) is made up of shrimp,the flavors of galangal, lemongrass, (kaffir) lime leaves, fresh Thai chilies, and even the fresh lime juice.I get to taste the soup and it is really superb as the shrimp is sweet(not smelly)-indicates freshness, and the soup is savory though a bit of sour.
*It is not advisable to complete the whole soup even if you think it is delicious.

To catch a glimpse of the spectacular pink water llilies blossom, you should make a trip to Red Lotus Lake in Udon Thani)It would be best if you can be there between November and February.
If you crave to bask under the sun, you can visit Bamboo Island. Many visitors who have been to the place had given a thumbs up as it has given them more than what they expect. You would definitely find it a lovely place if you are there.
7. New Zealand
For many of the adventure seekers, you would find more opportunities in outdoor activites compared to the other countries that I mentioned so far.
The outdoor activities ranges from bungee jumping to skydiving.To name a few of the other adrenaline activities, they are the white water raft and Canyon Tour.The list goes on but you can discover more of such activities in Queensland, New Zealand.
Speaking of which, this makes me remember the time of having a bungee jumping at a height of 143 metres above the Nevis River.I am given a free jump T-shirt and have to off course follow the important safety procedure before you can jump. I was screaming out of my hearts as I am afraid of great heights. But,looking at the stark beauty of the river has helped me to successfully divert my attention away. This overall took a minute but it is still considered worthwhile.
One could visit Abel Tasman National Park, it is in a way similar to the Bamboo Islands, where it is surrounded by the azure water bodies and you can kayak around the country to get a better glimpse of the whole landscape.
8. Nepal
Lastly, when people talk about Nepal, the first thing that would come to mind would be the Mount Everest.Yes, this is the highest mountain ever in the world.It is a great spot for me and my group of friends,Jim,Johnathan, and Kim to take an essentially 9 weeks to reach to the top-we are not the best climber.But any experienced climber can possibly take less than 5 weeks to complete the arduous task.
